If you miss the grace period (6 months after expiry), you enter the restoration window (6-12 months post-expiry). Restoration requires a petition, with fees (₹22,900) and more complex procedures.
No. Indian Trademark Law does NOT allow renewal or restoration after 1 year from expiry. The trademark is permanently removed, and you lose all rights. You would need to file a fresh application.
