IPRonline.com provides a technology platform (TROM) for managing trademark applications and trademarks portfolios. Our platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) tool. It helps you streamline complex legal procedures and track your trademark journey.

2. Your Authorization of Legal Services

IPRonline.com is a technology entity and is not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. Only upon your authorization, an independent legal firm, IPR Law Associates, can provide legal consultation and procedural support. It’s the sole discretion of you to agree to authorize this firm to act on your behalf for the specific services you purchase. This ensures you receive expert legal guidance from a separate, specialized entity.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

- You must provide accurate and complete information to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure.
- You must not use our platform for any illegal purpose or unauthorized use.
- You are solely responsible for all content and documents you provide/ upload on behalf of your business.

4. Payments and Our One-Time Charge

We offer a one-time, all-inclusive charge for our services. This fee covers our platform’s services and the procedural support for a pre-defined process. Statutory fees and applicable GST are included in the price. Our pricing policy guarantees no hidden or surprise charges for all pre-defined process management we offer.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

- All intellectual property rights in the TROM platform and www.ipronline.com portal are owned solely by Rah Legal Knowledge Process Pvt. Ltd.
- You retain and maintain all rights to the brand name, logo and documents you upload to your account.
- By using our service, you grant us a limited license to use your uploaded data for legal process management and to provide and improve our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to ensure the platform is secure and accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for our service.
